Technical Systems Analyst

Role Overview: As a Technical Systems Analyst at Albemarle, you will play a vital role in implementing, scaling, and optimizing Business Process Mining initiatives using Celonis across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the successful adoption and maturity of Celonis to align with evolving business needs, accelerate time to value, and deliver measurable operational impact. You will collaborate with various teams to uncover inefficiencies, design data-driven solutions, and support automation and performance improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand operational goals and translate them into actionable Celonis use cases and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and integrate data sources - Develop performant SQL queries - Connect Celonis with ERP and IT systems - ETL data into the Celonis platform - Design process dashboards and analytical reports - Conduct workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Prioritize and deliver Celonis use cases and dashboards on time - Promote a data-driven culture and train business users on Celonis capabilities - Document the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and integration of new or enhanced Celonis solutions - Participate in testing activities and support issue resolution - Maintain documentation, support governance and compliance activities - Monitor Celonis system performance and identify optimization opportunities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS - 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or business analytics - Strong expertise in SQL, PQL, data analysis, and data visualization techniques - Celonis certifications - Proficiency with agile methodologies, scripting and ETL languages - Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards Additional Company Details: Join Albemarle, a values-led organization committed to building a more resilient world with a focus on people and the planet.
