Technical Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Technical Support Manager to join our Mumbai branch. The role involves managing technical training, tender evaluations, project execution, and after-sales support, while ensuring accuracy in design and estimation for tender bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product training for clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare technical documentation.
• Manage and monitor project execution.
• Provide effective after-sales technical support.
• Prepare design and estimation for tender bids.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge with a B.E./B.Tech background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management and technical documentation.
• Ability to provide customer-focused solutions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
