Technical Support Manager

As a Technical Support Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and enhancing sales productivity. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas - Partnering with the Sales and Marketing department to refine the lead qualification process and analyze campaign performance with reporting and dashboards - Enabling the sales team to work smarter by simplifying processes and enhancing sales productivity - Creating monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting - Tracking and analyzing key metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment - Owning the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business, and defining techniques to improve funnel performance for sales management We value independent thinking and reasoned decision-making from our employees.
