Technical Support

The Technical Support Executive is responsible for providing assistance, troubleshooting, and technical solutions to customers or internal users facing hardware, software, or network-related issues. This role ensures prompt resolution, customer satisfaction, and proper documentation of support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Respond to customer calls, emails, or chat requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through remote or on-site support.

• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.

• Identify and escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.

• Maintain logs and records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

• Collaborate with development, network, and system teams for advanced troubleshooting.

• Educate customers or staff on new systems, software updates, and best practices.

• Adhere to company policies, SLAs, and quality standards in all support operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 0 - 3 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.

• Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, or Zendesk).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

• Ability to work in shifts or rotational schedules if required.
