Job Title: Field Support Executive – Software Product Job Description: We are looking for a Field Support Executive to assist our clients with the software products installed at their locations. The role involves providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our software systems. Responsibilities: Visit client sites to provide technical support for installed software. Diagnose and resolve software or system-related issues. Coordinate with the internal technical team for escalations. Maintain records of visits, issues, and resolutions. Provide user training or demonstrations when required. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Good understanding of software installation and troubleshooting. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel for on-site support.
