Job Description

As a Technical Support Agent for the international process at our company, you will be a vital part of our international support team. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing first-level technical support to international customers via phone, email, or chat. - Effectively troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues. - Escalating complex issues to relevant teams for timely resolution. - Documenting customer interactions and solutions provided. - Ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and technical knowledge. - Following standard operating procedures and SLA compliance.
