Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support for the company, your role will involve providing technical assistance over the phone to address software and hardware issues remotely. In addition, you will need to execute SQL queries, set up desktop and web applications, grasp networking concepts, participate in digital marketing activities, manage hardware connections like biometric, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, oversee inventory entries, and pursue potential leads. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking technical support calls and resolving software and hardware issues remotely - Running SQL queries - Installing desktop and web applications - Understanding networking concepts - Engaging in digital marketing - Managing hardware connections for biometric, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems - Handling inventory entries - Following up on leads To qualify for this position, you should have: - BCA/B.E/Bachelor's degree or Computer Diploma/Degree - Proficiency in SQL Database Please note that this job is suitable for freshers and offers full-time, permanent positions.
