Job Title: Technical Support Specialist – Crypto Domain (Night Shift)

Location: Noida Sector 2
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Crypto Technical Support (Coinbase experience preferred)
Shift: Night Shift (US/UK Time Zone)

About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Support Expert in the Crypto Industry who can manage client support. This role is performance and results-based, not a regular 9–5 job. You will work as a growth partner, not just as an employee.

Candidates with prior experience working with Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, OKX, KuCoin, or other crypto platforms will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to crypto users and clients
• Handle wallet issues, API setup, trading queries, transaction-related concerns
• Guide users on crypto tools, exchanges, and blockchain integrations
• Identify system gaps and escalate technical issues to engineering teams
• Support client onboarding, KYC/AML verification, and platform navigation
• Work with CRM tools and maintain daily support logs
• Support customer retention and convert support conversations into paid upgrades
• Ensure high client satisfaction and target achievement

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2+ years experience in crypto technical support
Experience with Coinbase (preferred), Binance, or similar exchange support teams
Strong knowledge of crypto transactions, wallets, smart contracts, trading platforms
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
Comfortable working Night Shift (US/UK timezone)
Target-focused, disciplined, and performance-drivenMust be able to prove capability through live test support session
