Job Description:

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer with 1+ years of experience in desktop, network, and software support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, basic network support, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Desktop/laptop setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Network support – LAN/WAN, internet issues, basic configurations
• Software installation, updates, and technical issue resolution
• Provide timely support to users and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with vendors or senior teams for escalated issues

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT/Technical Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
