Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats for desktop and laptop issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools such as DHCP, DNS, and remote connection methods.
Resolve customer complaints related to network connectivity, printers, routers, modems, and other peripherals.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
Document all interactions with customers in a timely manner using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice & Chat).
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting networks (LAN), configuring routers/modems/printers/desktops/laptops.
Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work on night shifts (US shift).
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
