Technical Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are hiring a System Administrator with hands-on experience in AWS, Google Workspace, Windows AD, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will manage cloud and on-prem systems, ensure security compliance, and provide support across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• AWS Administration: Manage EC2 instances, S3 buckets, IAM roles/policies, billing, and CloudWatch monitoring.
• Google Workspace: Handle user and group management, access control, and organizational settings.
• Windows AD & Firewall: Administer Active Directory users, groups, and policies. Manage firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos) including rules, policies, and monitoring.
• Hardware & Infrastructure: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and networking devices.
• Operating Systems: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with teams to implement system updates and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in System Administration or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and best practices.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with Fortinet or Sophos firewalls.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
