What is a Software Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)?
Working independently and collaboratively, you will solve technical issues and advise customers on our platform. The Software Solutions Engineer acts as the first point of contact for all customers. You are somebody who can troubleshoot complex customer environments, collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve bugs, provide crucial feedback to Product Management to drive product improvement, and create knowledge base articles.

- Working knowledge of MS Windows
- Candidate should have 4 to 6 years of overall experience, including 3 to 5 years in software development, technical support, or a related field
- Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering
- Strong time-management skills are essential for success in this role
Job responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional support experience via email, web and/or phone for our customers to achieve core KPIs
- Participate in debugging and testing the product
- Develop sample customisations of the product for customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions for customer issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback by creating knowledge base articles and providing recommendations for improving the online documentation
- You will be an expert in the Aras Innovator product
