Technical Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in PL-SQL, Databases, Reporting, BI, Web Servers, and Java to support US-based customers. Your role will involve working with BI reporting and related ecosystem, databases, Cloud deployment, Linux and Windows operating systems. Additionally, you should be open to working in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong understanding of BI reporting and related ecosystem - Utilize your prior experience effectively - Possess an in-depth understanding of databases - Apply your knowledge and exposure of Cloud deployment - Work with Linux and Windows operating systems - Provide support to US-based customers - Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Qualification Required: - Technology expertise in PL-SQL, Databases, Reporting, BI, Web Servers, and Java - Strong understanding of BI reporting and related ecosystem - Experience of 4 to 6 years - Openness to work in rotational shifts,
