We are hiring Technical Support Engineers for solar SCADA and IoT-based remote monitoring systems.
The role involves handling technical support, troubleshooting, client coordination, and commissioning support for PV-DG Sync, Zero Export, and monitoring solutions
Provide remote and on-site support for solar SCADA & monitoring systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, communication (Modbus RTU/TCP), and network issues. • Support PV-DG synchronization & Zero Export solution integration. • Coordinate with clients, R&D, and field teams for issue resolution. • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and training materials.
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Computer Science.
• 14 years of experience in Solar / IoT / Automation domain. • Knowledge of dataloggers, energy meters, RS485, Ethernet, GSM/GPRS/4G. • Familiarity with SCADA, cloud dashboards & networking. • Good communication & analytical skills.
