Job Description

As a Technical Support Consultant for Adobe Solution, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to Adobe Digital Experience Customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customers" technical concerns promptly and effectively. This will involve handling technical problems, ensuring timely resolution to inquiries, and meticulously documenting all customer cases in accordance with established guidelines. - Act as the first point of contact for customers" technical issues - Handle technical problems and provide timely responses and resolutions - Document all customer cases within established guidelines - Represent customers" needs with internal product teams - Provide proactive issue status updates to relevant parties - Troubleshoot and qualify cases before escalating to engineering - Troubleshoot implementation problems and address complex issues To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of five years of experience in a customer support environment, preferably within a high-tech enterprise. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to systematically troubleshoot problems while ensuring customer satisfaction within service level goals. Excellent personal organization skills, the ability to multitask, and prioritize job requirements are also crucial for success.
