Technical Support Advisor

You will be working as a Technical Sales Expert in Mohali, Punjab with 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical sales. The job involves providing client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers, and related devices. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer requests promptly, explaining problems and solutions clearly to customers, and troubleshooting issues with US and Canada customers regarding computers and printers. You will need outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, good professional and telephonic etiquette, and punctuality.
