Technical Specialist-Testing Services

You will be working as a Technical Specialist-Testing Services at Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies. Your role will involve testing ERP/JDE Manual, CRM, Sales Forces, and Web-based applications. As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, you will contribute to building sustainable communities and enhancing business efficiency. - Possessing overall 7+ years of testing experience including JDE, CRM, Sales Forces, and web-based applications - Having 3+ years of testing experience including JDE, ERP, and hands-on Agile working - Designing test cases, conducting reviews, and approval processes - Understanding manual testing concepts, approaches, and optimization techniques - Managing defects effectively - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps is preferred - Understanding testing processes, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting - Demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills - Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps - Understanding all testing phases, approaches, and types of testing - Minimum 7 years of testing experience with expertise in JDE, CRM, Sales Forces, and web-based applications - Minimum 3 years of testing experience with JDE, ERP, and Agile working - Proficiency in test case design, reviews, and approval processes - Knowledge of manual testing concepts, approaches, and optimization techniques - Experience in defect management - Familiarity with Azure DevOps - Understanding of testing processes, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
