What You’ll Do

✅ Source top talent using Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter.✅ Deliver high-quality resumes quickly for technical & business roles.✅ Build and manage candidate pipelines under tight deadlines.✅ Coordinate with recruiters & hiring managers to refine requirements.✅ Track candidate flow in ATS and ensure smooth communication.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–4 years of recruiting/sourcing experience.✅ Strong hands-on skills in Naukri & LinkedIn sourcing.✅ Ability to deliver fast and accurate resume submissions.✅ Good communication and stakeholder management.✅ Self-starter who can work well in remote, fast-paced setups.
