Job Responsibilities -
- To provide support, architecting and deploying optimized solutions with industry best practices, to create differentiation and standardization of the same.- Partner Orientation trainings for Product and Technical Certification trainings - Pre-Sales to Review of Technical requirements & Assist Preparation of Technical offers with design optimization- Commissioning support to partners- Installation support and troubleshooting for partner support- Product Queries/ Design Support (Online /Offline)/Technical Queries/ RMA (warranty) & Service Request- Knowledge sharing sessions for with sales teams and partners to develop technical competency.- Technical Advisory, Competition benchmarking, industry best practices to be updated and made periodically for sales supportEducation: B.TechExperience : Graduate Engineering Trainee, Freshers Make your mark in our exciting world of SiemensWere Siemens.
