Position: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Head – Project Automation

Location: Vadodara (Responsible for Gujarat Region)

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma

Experience: 7–10 years in Process Instrument Sales or Process Automation Sales


Salary: As per last hike


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients, ensuring maximum business potential in the assigned region.
  • Promote and present automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
  • Conduct cold calls and generate qualified leads to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Lead negotiations, order closures, and ensure payment follow-ups.
  • Responsible for overall sales and marketing activities in the Gujarat region.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and networking.
  • Familiarity with field instruments such as TT, LT, FT, PT, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to Rockwell systems will be considered an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling clients in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, and Packaging domains will be preferred.
