Job Description

Business Development & Sales Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in conveyor systems, material handling, and automation solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and cost-benefit analyses. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets. Technical Expertise & Solution Design Understand customer requirements, production processes, and challenges to propose optimal conveyor and automation solutions. Collaborate with the design/engineering team to create system layouts, specifications, and technical drawings. Provide product demonstrations, technical consultations, and application support. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and solution customizations. Market Insights & Collaboration Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in conveyors and automation. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and project management) to ensure smooth execution of projects. Provide feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (preferred). Experience: 1 –5 years in technical sales, preferably in conveyors, automation, or material handling systems. Salary based on the relevant industry Experience. Strong knowledge of conveyor design, automation equipment, robotics, and control systems. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B/industrial sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and process flow diagrams. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.
