🔍 About the Role


As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for translating our technology into real-world value for our customers. Working closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams, you'll play a key role in the pre-sales process—demonstrating product capabilities, answering technical questions, and ensuring a smooth handoff to post-sales teams.


💼 Key Responsibilities


Leading the sales team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions


Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements


Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical documentation as needed


Build strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor


Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on market insights


Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors


Collaborate with marketing to develop technical content and case studies



🧠 What You’ll Bring


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Diploma in Any Background,EEE, ECI, E&I, Mechatrnics or a related field


2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar)


Strong understanding of [relevant technologies – e.g., cloud infrastructure, APIs, networking, SaaS platforms, etc.]


Excellent communication and presentation skills


Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders


Bonus: Experience in [industry-specific tools or platforms – e.g., CRM, ERP, CAD, etc.]
