Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment team in managing the
end-to-end hiring process

Source candidates
through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct
initial screening calls
to assess candidates’ fitment.
Coordinate
interviews and follow-ups
with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the
candidate database/ATS
.
Assist in
offer roll-outs, on-boarding coordination, and documentation.
Maintain excellent
candidate experience
throughout the process.
Learn and stay updated with
industry trends and hiring best practices.
