IT Recruiter

Experience

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for roles like Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.
Screen profiles based on technical skills and job requirements.
Manage the complete IT hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Stay updated on tech hiring trends, tools, and best practices.
Work closely with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements.

Requirements

6 months to 3 years of IT recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet targets.
