Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to assist with the recruitment process. As a fresher, you'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, mainly in the IT sector.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔹Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and internal databases.

🔹Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

🔹Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

🔹Support onboarding and maintain candidate data.

✅ Key Skills and Competencies:

🔹Good communication and interpersonal skills.

🔹Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).

🔹Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

🔹Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment and HR practices.
