Job Description

  • Should have recruitment exp between 4 to 5 years in IT Product engineering services and staff augmentation.
  • Creating talent acquisition strategies based on the client requirements and ensuring fulfillment with speed and quality.
  • Advising internal stakeholders on the talent availability and market intelligence.
  • Driving recruitment strategies to achieve the targets as per the agreed SLAs.
  • Managing the KPI’s for each engagement and reporting them on a periodic schedule to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the ATS is always used diligently and kept up to date with accurate candidate data.
  • Managing key internal client stakeholders and being one point of issue/escalation resolution.
  • Develop, Manage & Engage market talent.
  • Should be very good in maintaining the metrices and various dashboards in Excel.
