Job Description

Should have recruitment exp between 4 to 5 years in IT Product engineering services and staff augmentation.
Creating talent acquisition strategies based on the client requirements and ensuring fulfillment with speed and quality.
Advising internal stakeholders on the talent availability and market intelligence.
Driving recruitment strategies to achieve the targets as per the agreed SLAs.
Managing the KPI’s for each engagement and reporting them on a periodic schedule to internal stakeholders.
Ensuring the ATS is always used diligently and kept up to date with accurate candidate data.
Managing key internal client stakeholders and being one point of issue/escalation resolution.
Develop, Manage & Engage market talent.
Should be very good in maintaining the metrices and various dashboards in Excel.
