Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and skilled HR cum Technical Recruiter to join our IT team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing both human resources functions and technical recruitment efforts within the Information Technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, recruitment processes, and HR practices to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the similar role

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and priorities.

HR Functions:

Manage HR activities such as onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes for IT employees.

Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Technical Assessment:

Conduct technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications for IT roles.

Work closely with IT teams to understand technical requirements and assess candidates effectively.

Employee Relations:

Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a supportive work culture.

Recruitment Coordination:

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and HR-related data.

Generate reports on recruitment metrics and HR analytics.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR and recruitment activities.

Maintain documentation related to HR processes and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter and/or HR professional in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
