Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various domains, including software development, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand detailed job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, employee referrals, networking events, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, and interview panels.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS/recruitment trackers.
• Familiarity with technical jargon, skills, and emerging tech stacks.

Qualification:

UG: Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
