Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding).
  • Understand and analyze technical job requirements in domains like Java, DevOps, Cloud, UI/UX, Data Engineering, etc.
  • Engage with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Source candidates from multiple platforms including job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and dashboards.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, offer roll-out, and onboarding formalities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT skills and technical roles across various domains.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver in tight timelines.
