Role Description

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for

  AI-first roles

  (Frontend Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Backend Developers, MLOps Engineers, Product Designers, Project Managers, etc.)
• Source through multiple channels — LinkedIn, GitHub, AI communities, industry networks, and referrals
• Evaluate candidates not just for technical depth but

  AI adaptability

  and curiosity
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with founders, project managers, and tech leads to define hiring needs and role scopes
• Share data-driven hiring insights and market trends with leadership
• Ensure seamless coordination between HR, delivery, and leadership teams for a frictionless onboarding experience

Candidate Experience

• Drive an

  AI-enhanced recruitment process

  , using automation and analytics tools to improve efficiency
• Maintain transparency and positive communication with candidates throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience

  (preferably in software development, AI, or product-based companies)
• Deep understanding of

  software roles, tech stacks, and AI-driven skill sets

• Proficiency in

  ATS systems, sourcing tools, and Boolean search techniques

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• A passion for AI, technology, and working in a high-growth environment
