Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone or video interviews.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Lead salary negotiations and HR discussions with selected candidates.
  • Prepare and share offer letters, and oversee onboarding processes including documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in BFSI or tech domains.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and recruiting for niche skill sets is a plus.
