Job Title: Technical Proposal Writer (Federal/State)

Shift : 6:30PM to 3AM

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Proposal Writer to lead the creation of high-quality proposals for federal and state clients. This role requires deep expertise in translating complex technical solutions into compelling, clear, and compliant proposals that resonate with government evaluators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and produce technical sections of federal and state RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, persuasive, and tailored to customer needs.
• Manage content libraries, templates, and style guides to maintain consistency and quality.
• Research and analyze RFP requirements, ensuring alignment with compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with solution architects, SMEs, and program teams to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• Support the development of training materials, presentations, and white papers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical proposal writing for federal or state government contracts.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
