Key Responsibilities

Technical Project Management (70%)

·      Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple client and internal initiatives, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.

·      Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in collaboration with Delivery and Engineering leads.

·      Translate solution architectures and estimates into actionable project plans and timelines.

·      Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation plans.

·      Maintain project dashboards (scope, schedule, and budget) with clear visibility into progress and status.

·      Facilitate communication and coordination between product, engineering, QA, and delivery stakeholders.

·      Support delivery teams in client-facing technical discussions, demos, and milestone reviews.

·      Ensure all engineering deliverables meet defined acceptance and quality criteria.

Engineering Operations (30%)

·      Support CI/CD and DevOps process optimization across client projects.

·      Drive adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and process compliance.

·      Partner with Engineering leadership to automate and streamline engineering workflows.

·      Conduct postmortems and root cause analyses for SLA breaches, defects, or incidents.

·      Generate periodic reports on engineering performance, process gaps, and improvement actions.

·      Support training, upskilling, and continuous improvement programs across the engineering organization.

Ideal Candidate

·      Technical lead background either in full stack or backend frameworks.

·      Technical Project Management experience.

·      Strong understanding of software engineering lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.

·      Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple projects or clients.

·      Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, DevOps, and engineering metrics dashboards.

·      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

·      Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.
