Technical Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for software development initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and methodologies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and quality standards

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Candidates must possess at least one of the following certifications: Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
