Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of a software product. Success in this position involves having a strong technical background, effectively managing project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes with high quality. Your work will be instrumental in driving innovation and business impact through efficient project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of software product development projects.
• Collaborate with business engineering, product management, QA, and design teams to define scope, requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum (or other relevant methodology) best practices for efficient delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive regular status reporting, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee release management, deployment planning, and post-release support coordination.
• Continuously improve processes for better predictability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 58 years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands-on technical background (coding, architecture and QA experience) preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
