Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in successfully delivering technology projects. As the Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of project execution, from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery. You will be tasked with managing project scope, schedule, resources, and risks using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Collaboration with technical teams to ensure project feasibility and on-time delivery is crucial. Effective communication with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and provide updates will be a significant part of your role. Utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software to track progress and maintain documentation is essential. You will also need to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Driving team collaboration, motivation, and accountability to ensure project outcomes meet business and technical requirements will be a key focus. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills are necessary. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar is required, along with strong communication skills for internal teams and external clients. A good grasp of technical concepts, including cloud infrastructure and APIs, is also important. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. The work location for this role is Coimbatore, and it is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management in a technical environment.
