Technical Project Manager

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
• Experience: 10+ yrs
• Certification: PMP/Agile certification preferred.

Project

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive

  project plans

  and timelines.
• Track and manage

  daily project activities

  , ensuring alignment with goals and deliverables.
• Oversee and manage the

  product backlog

  and

  Continuous Improvement (CI) log

  .
• Facilitate

  issue

  and risk tracking

  , ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
• Manage and document

  requirements tracking

   throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular

  status meetings

  and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Drive Agile ceremonies such as

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives

  , and

  reviews

  .
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in

  Project Management

  , preferably in

  technical environments

  .
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with

  Agile frameworks

   (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Proven experience in

  backlog grooming

  , sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent

  verbal

  and written communication skills

  .
• Strong organizational and

  stakeholder management

   abilities.
• Experience in managing

  CI logs, risks, issues

  , and

  requirements tracking

  .
• Certified in

  Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe)

  and/or

  PMP

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

  , or similar.
• Background in

  software development

   or

  technical delivery

   is a plus.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, dynamic environment

   with multiple stakeholders.
