Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering complex technical projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
Proficiency in SDLC, migration, and cutover processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture frameworks, and technology stacks (e. g., Java. NET, Python, etc. ).
Familiarity with modern tools and platforms, such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
