Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across the SDLC using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with internal development teams and external vendors to align on deliverables.
• Prepare proposals, effort estimates, and project documentation.
• Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure business value realization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 810 years of experience

  leading technical teams and managing software projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack (e.g., .NET, Azure, Power Platform). This is Mandatory field
• Proven ability to manage project planning, tracking, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience in proposal creation and effort estimation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML, RPA, or analytics platforms.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or custom-built platforms.
