Synopsis:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead software development and LMS implementation projects from initiation to delivery. The role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to bridge technical teams with business stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

A Day in Your Life:

Project Management

Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.

Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolutions.

Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with awareness of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing).

Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, GitHub, Jenkins for efficient project tracking and collaboration.

Track KPIs, create dashboards, and leverage basic SQL for reporting.
Communication & Leadership

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders to ensure clear alignment.

Gather and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, presentations, and reports.

Provide cross-functional leadership to developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and operations teams.

Handle conflicts constructively to maintain project momentum. Analytical & Problem-Solving

Conduct root cause analysis of project delays or technical issues.

Make informed decisions balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.
