Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver software development and infrastructure projects in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, and product teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and sprint schedules using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Drive daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and team reviews.
• Proactively identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure technical documentation, project artifacts, and client communication are maintained and shared appropriately.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and Agile best practices across teams.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cloud technologies, software development lifecycles, and DevOps principles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management roles within software development, DevOps, or cloud-native environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Working knowledge of software development tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD, Git, Cloud platforms).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, project plans, and stakeholder reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical background or experience as a developer/engineer prior to project management.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP are a plus.
• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.
• Experience managing distributed teams and working with global clients.
