Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Lead who can seamlessly combine project management, business analysis, technical oversight, and client relationship management. This role is ideal for professionals who are hands-on with technology and excel at managing people, processes, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time while ensuring quality standards.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, foster strong long-term relationships, and ensure seamless delivery.
• Requirement Gathering & BA: Understand client needs, create documentation (BRD, SRS, workflows), and translate business goals into technical requirements.
• Technical Oversight: Review technical feasibility, understand MERN stack & React.js projects, and support developers in issue resolution.
• Agile & Scrum Practices: Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure adherence to Agile processes.
• Team Coordination: Mentor, guide, and support developers, QAs, and designers to achieve project goals.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, proactively resolve conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Delivery Ownership: Take complete accountability for project milestones, deadlines, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–6 years in project management, delivery management, or hybrid technical roles.
• Strong background in the FinTech domain (experience here is highly beneficial).
• Technical understanding of MERN stack & React.js (hands-on coding not required, but ability to understand code and guide team is essential).
• Proven experience in client communication, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities.
