Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager at ADQ Services in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end project delivery with a strong focus on building and shipping fast, especially in the MVP stage. Your role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver MVPs and prototypes quickly, translating product vision into technical execution plans, and leveraging modern tools and platforms to drive speed. Key Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to deliver MVPs and prototypes quickly. - Translate product vision into technical execution plans with clear milestones and accountability. - Use modern tools and platforms (AI tools, low-code/no-code, frontend frameworks, automation scripts) to drive speed. - Evaluate and suggest the right tech stack / open-source tools for faster delivery. - Manage sprint planning, standups, QA/UAT cycles, and product launch. - Communicate with stakeholders clearly on timelines, blockers, and outcomes. - Track scope, manage risks, and adjust plans dynamically in fast-paced environments. Qualification Required: - Strong technical foundation with understanding of coding basics, frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.), APIs, Git workflows, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Langchain, Zapier, etc. - Experience in leading multiple tech product builds from 0-1. - Comfortable working in agile, startup-like environments. - Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or Linear. - Familiarity with sprint-based or rapid prototyping cycles. - Strong MVP-first mindset: build fast, validate faster. - Bonus: hands-on coding capability (even if basic or part-time).
