Technical Project Manager - Node.js & React.js (Female Preferred)

We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our team & oversee technology projects from inception to completion. This role involves advanced strategic planning, comprehensive stakeholder management, and hands-on technical leadership in React.js and Node.js to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals and are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Software Architecture Design:

  Lead project initiation by meticulously gathering requirements and designing the software architecture, ensuring a strong foundation for project objectives.

• Sprint Planning & Project Execution:

  Manage and execute detailed sprint planning, coordinating team efforts to align with overall project goals and timelines.

• Database Design & Development:

  Oversee the technical aspects of database design and development, ensuring solutions meet both project specifications and performance standards.

• Technical Documentation:

  Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, outlining project plans, progress, and protocols to guide both internal & external stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance:

  Implement and oversee stringent quality assurance protocols, continuously ensuring the project meets high standards of quality and functionality at each sprint.

• Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

  Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular and detailed updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Requires extensive experience in coding and managing projects in React.js and Node.js environments, including expertise in Web Services, relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL), and cloud computing.
• Significant experience in technology project management, adept in Agile methodologies including Scrum, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
