Technical Project Management (SCM Domain)

As a Senior Manager in the Technical Project Management role within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. - Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment. - Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions with business processes. - Driving DevOps initiatives by implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and automation strategies. - Identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans for smooth execution. - Mentoring and guiding development teams to enhance technical capabilities and follow best practices. - Communicating project progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of IT project management experience focusing on Java or DevOps technologies. - Proven track record in managing large-scale projects within the SCM domain. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP/SCM systems. - Expertise in DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and Java-based frameworks like Spring Boot. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Certifications like PMP or SAFe Agile would be a plus.
