Job Purpose
The Development Program Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of an integrated cloud framework and Managed service automation platform that spans the full quote-to-cash lifecycle. This role bridges business, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless integration of provisioning, billing, monitoring, and lifecycle management tools across the cloud and Managed Service ecosystem.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Delivery
oDrive the end-to-end delivery of the Cloud Framework and Tools Integration program, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
oManage the full quote-to-cash automation cycle, integrating sales quoting, provisioning, orchestration, billing, and reporting systems.oDefine program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics, and ensure timely execution by coordinating multiple workstreams.oEstablish governance, sprint planning, and tracking mechanisms for development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Framework & Toolchain Integration
oCollaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to define a unified cloud management framework.
oLead integration of core tools across domains — CRM, ERP, Billing, Cloud Orchestration, Monitoring, and Customer Portals.oOversee API integration, automation workflows, and data synchronization between systems to deliver a frictionless operational flow.oEnsure platform scalability, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
oEstablish KPIs for operational efficiency, time-to-provision, and automation effectiveness.oDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce manual intervention.oIntroduce DevOps, FinOps, and AI Ops practices into the automation and operations layer where feasible.

Qualifications and Experience
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
- About 6-10 Years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in program management within cloud infrastructure, automation, or enterprise IT transformation.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, including CRM, ERP, billing, provisioning, and monitoring integration.
- Experience with cloud orchestration tools (e.g., OpenStack, VMware vRealize, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible) and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Proficiency in API management, workflow automation, and DevOps toolchains.
- Familiarity with cloud cost management, billing automation, and FinOps principles.
- Excellent project management skills – agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, sprint management, and milestone tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination abilities.
- Understanding of Managed service operations, capacity management, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to translate business objectives into executable technical programs with measurable outcomes.
