Awiros acts as the bridge to bring the latest research in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to the market. We are seeking a Product Manager with a robust technical background in software development (preferably full-stack) who is prepared to transition into a leadership role in product management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, data science, and business to drive product strategy, define the roadmap, and introduce AI-powered features for a global audience. Responsibilities Product Ownership: - Take charge of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and subsequent iterations. - Establish precise product requirements, user stories, and key success metrics. - Align product objectives with the company's vision and business requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver user-friendly, scalable, and technically viable solutions. - Translate technical concepts into tangible business outcomes and vice versa. - Engage with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies. Technical Product Leadership: - Utilize your expertise in front-end/back-end development to bridge the gap between technology and product. - Contribute to discussions on API design, data modeling, and backend architecture when necessary. - Understand AI model workflows and limitations to effectively prioritize features. User-Centric Mindset: - Conduct user research and collect insights to guide roadmap decisions. - Validate solutions through usability testing, A/B testing, and feedback mechanisms. Requirements - At least 3-7 years of experience in software development (front-end/back-end or full-stack). - Strong technical grasp of APIs, system design, and modern development workflows. - Demonstrated interest in or recent transition to product management (e.g., certifications, freelance PM experience, internal shifts). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Previous experience in AI, computer vision, or deep tech fields. - Exposure to cloud platforms, ML pipelines, or data-driven products. - Prior involvement in fast-paced startup environments.
