Job Description

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development.
Extensive hands-on experience with
C++ (preferably in CAD software development).
Proven experience in a technical management role, overseeing code improvements and software enhancements.

Requirements

Proven track record of leading development projects and delivering high-quality software features.
Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks relevant to the software product (e.g., C++, Python, .Net, CAD programming etc.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of successfully managing development teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
