Technical Lead (Web & Mobile)

As a Technical Lead (Web & Mobile), your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain high-caliber web and mobile applications. To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical proficiency, exceptional leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include assisting, mentoring, and guiding the web and mobile development team on technical aspects. You will actively participate in development tasks such as coding, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues. It will be your duty to review code to ensure adherence to coding standards and to maintain high quality. Moreover, you will oversee technical project planning, estimation, and execution for both mobile and web development initiatives. This will involve setting project milestones, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery within the specified budget and scope. It is essential to stay updated on new frameworks, tools, and technologies relevant to online and mobile development. In addition, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining technical documentation, including developer manuals, architecture diagrams, and design standards. Organizing knowledge-sharing sessions and mentorship programs within the team to foster continuous learning and growth will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in developing mobile and online applications, with a minimum of three years of experience in a technical lead or leadership role, is required. Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and web/mobile technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Swift, and Kotlin is essential. Furthermore, you must have a strong understanding of design patterns, best practices, and software architecture principles to build scalable and high-performing systems. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is necessary. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills are also key attributes for this role.
