Technical Lead- Ui Development (Product Experience)

Role & responsibilities

• Design and deliver product experiences that are scalable, functional, and aesthetically compelling across web, mobile, and AI/ML-based platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Python Developers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models and features into user interfaces.
• Take full ownership of the product design lifecyclefrom concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and iteration.
• Ship high-fidelity designs for new features, dashboards, or product modules; rapidly prototype concepts and validate ideas through feedback and testing.
• Incorporate AI/ML outputs (e.g., recommendations, visualizations, predictive analytics) into intuitive user journeys that maximize usability and engagement.
• Ensure design alignment with business objectives, user needs, and product strategy.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design briefs efficiently, allocating resources and timelines as per business impact.
• Build and maintain a design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead creative campaigns and marketing communication projects in parallel to product initiatives—ensuring design excellence throughout.
• Provide mentorship to design team members, review deliverables, and promote a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Actively participate in product planning sessions, stakeholder presentations, and design reviews with a strong ability to justify design decisions.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, AI technologies, and product innovations to inform ongoing design improvements and user-centric thinking.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in end-to-end product design with a portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills and digital product thinking.
• Hands-on experience with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and branding.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Angular (any version), and JavaScript for close collaboration with developers.
• Exposure to Python-based environments and experience designing products or features in collaboration with AI/ML teams.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML into user workflows, including data visualization, personalization, or automation features.
• Deep understanding of Design Thinking, UX principles, and usability testing.
• Demonstrated ability to work with product management teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and map user journeys.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and design cycles aligned with development milestones.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience balancing creative and business goals with a deep understanding of user needs.
